In opdracht van Fracarita Belgium trok SAKADO naar Kigoma in Tanzania. We maakten er een reportage over Rumonge Deaf Cooperative, een project dat zich bekommert om het lot van dove mensen, met als doel hen uit hun isolement te halen en hen zelfredzaam te maken.
